Service Desk Engineer Level 1 & 2.
Our client, a leading Technology Company seeks a Service Desk Engineer to provide 1/2 level support.
You will have a minimum of 2 years experience, strong and broad technical background with some of the following skills:
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to quickly learn new products
Firewall/Routers (Cisco / Sonicwall) an advantage
Citrix and Virtualisation (VMWare or MS HyperV) an advantage
