Technical Support Engineer

My client is a cloud company looking for a technical support engineer to join their team in South Dublin on a contract basis.

* 4 month contract
* South Dublin

Role

* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of datacentres
* Vendor management
* Virtualisation - Hyper V and VMware
* Firewall security
* Backup and setups according to procedures
* Monitor servers with appropriate tools
* Provide second line support for escalated issues from helpdesk
* Assist the support operations manager in identifying issues and resolutions

Experience

* 3+ years experience in a support role
* Proven experience with Windows server 2012/2016
* Experience with Active Directory
* MCSA preferable
* Designing and implementing a server infrastructure
