Level 3 Desktop Support Engineer
Contract - 12 Months
Location - Dublin
We are working with a marketing leading software company based in Dublin 2 who are currently going through great changes on the desktop team and require a senior engineer to support a busy environment and handle high level issues escalated from the level 2 team.
This is a modern and forward-thinking organisation that puts their staff and their tech first. The project will also involve large-scale windows rollouts and the implementation of a new ticketing system!
- Active Directory
- Office 365 (email, SharePoint, OneDrive, office applications, teams)
- Change processes (implementation planning)
- Identity and Access Management
* Snr Level 3 Helpdesk Support Engineer
* Network infrastructure and troubleshooting
* Planning, deploying and maintain systems
* Phone, remote and onsite support
* Problem identification, investigation and resolution for clients
