IT Support Engineer - Dublin CC

This brand new role is with a company who have recently open their Dublin office and will be expanding aggressively across the course of 2019. One of the key hires to this first round is for a strong IT support engineer to join the team and work in support of multiple other departments.

This role will provide high level support whilst troubleshooting and support operating systems and applications in an enterprise environment. You will work to support both external customers and internal users whilst working hard to ensure you deliver solutions to agreed service level agreements.

Desired Skills/Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant discipline.
* 2-3 Years IT Support Experience.
* Strong knowledge of Networking and LAN/WAN Technologies.
* Strong knowledge Firewalls, data protection, web filtering and Anti-Virus.
* JIRA Administration experience.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
