Role/Responsibilities
*Requirements Gathering, "As-is" and "To-Be" Processes, Workshop Delivery
*You will be working with a Principle Consultant to attend and document customer workshops
*Analysis and production of high quality reports for clients using internal methodologies
*Assisting in the development of new consulting product offerings and continuous improvement of existing portfolio
*Presenting findings from reports and engagements to clients, typically C-Suite and Senior Management
*Becoming a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on the company products and services and main operational niche
*Occasional opportunities to present at industry forums and events.
Skills & Experience Required
*Third Level qualification in Business Analysis (degree/diploma)
*4+ years of experience in an IT Business Analysis role (Preferably with experience in the Technology/IT Security sector)
*Ability to produce and present high-quality reports to Senior Management/C-Suite
*Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
*Strong attention to detail - detail oriented
*Excellent "As-Is/ToBe" experience
*MS-VISIO
*Ability to work on your own but within teams when required
*Self-Starter/Strong work ethic
*Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
*Strong IT knowledge/ - Corporate Firewalls, Corporate LAN/WAN, Information Security Standards ie ISO27001, ITIL, MDM
*Exposure to Digital Transformation Projects
Candidate should be currently eligible to work in Ireland/EU. This role will not sponsor a work permit application.
