We are looking for a Senior consultant to take a lead role on consulting projects in the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) space.
ERP Consultancy seeking a Senior or Lead Financial Planning Consultant to join their expanding team, due to an increasing portfolio of client projects.
Opportunities to manage a team of consultants exists, if you are seeking a Lead Consultant role or to engage with our clients as an SME consultant in the Financial Planning, Performance & Analytics areas.
Working with the client's Senior Executive & Finance professionals, you will consult & provide expertise in the FP&A area that will allow the clients' senior stakeholders to make more informed decisions that will drive their business & competitive advantage.
Role:
* Consult on international standard accounting principles
* Financial Modelling & planning
* Recommend KPI's and improvements based in Financial datasets to a variety of enterprise businesses
* Delivery of corporate financial planning, budgetting and forecasting analytics utilizing tools such as Cognos, TM1, Business Objects, BI Software, Excel, etc
* Interpret and document the customer requirements, develop and implement the solution
Expertise required:
Ability to read and produce balance sheet, cash flow and P&L reports from transactional financial data
* Experience of implementing Financial Planning and Analysis solutions through the full implementation process.
* Expert understanding of Financials, budgeting, processes, forecasting & planning and the ability to consult with Senior Finance Professionals and Executive management
* 7+ years experience analyzing budgets, financial planning cycles, etc
* ACCA, CIMA or similar accounting qualification
* Fluency in English and excellent client engagement, consulting and presentation skills
* Ability to manage multiple client consulting projects simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Able and willing to travel to client sites as required.
Ideally you will have been working with Financial planning software or BI Software, such as IBM Cognos, Business Objects, TM1, SAP, Oracle Financials / Hyperion, Netsuite or similar products
