IT Support Team Lead - Dublin CC
€45-65,000 with Benefits
We currently have an exciting opportunity in Dublin City Centre to join one the leading providers of SaaS platforms to the investment banking market.
The client are looking for an IT professional to join their team as an IT Support Team Lead. The client are looking for someone that enjoys a hands-on approach and you will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring of junior staff.
The IT Support Team Lead will be key in delivering the direction of the support organization and actively driving improvements to key support performance constantly improving service levels.
IT Support Team Lead:
* 2-4 years experience with at least 1 year in a leadership position
* A team leader and people person that has excellent customer service skills
* Strong troubleshooting ability
* A degree in Computer Science, IT, Financial, Engineering, Science, Economics, Maths or Statistics preferred.
* Experience in MS SQL Server or Oracle, configuration, operations, and basic administration functions
* Working knowledge of ITIL
* Strong knowledge on Windows, Networking & Databases
* Disaster recovery/business continuity procedures
* A background in a financial environment is a plus
