A company that works in the Transport Industry, providing support for various different sectors, is looking to hire a Customer Success Agent. This is a customer facing role that requires a “can do” attitude from the candidate. The role requires the candidate to provide exceptional first line support for our client base. The Customer Success Agent will be responsible for answering customer queries.

You will be the first point of contact and will be expected to "log" all queries per the correct process or workflow as dictated by the "customer success program". You will provide answers to technical and non-technical support queries. This role will offer the right candidate the ability to grow into a Technical support role.

Previous technical experience is not required, however we are looking for people with this aptitude. This role is suitable for a candidate with ambition and a desire for success.

Responsibilities of the Customer Success Agent:
• Providing first line support.
• Training and educating customers in the use of and best practice of the software. Production of training material in the form of videos, web pages and documentation.
• Utilize the various systems within the organisation to document and control your work assignments.
• Participate in weekly team communications, to learn about the ambitions of the business and the goals it is working towards. Conduct yourself professionally, with integrity and respect for your fellow team members.
• Participate in professional development and cross skill training.


Skills of the successful Customer Success Agent:
• Good IT back ground an advantage.
• Some Windows/ Server skills an advantage. Knowledge of software construction an advantage.
• You must be able to demonstrate some technical aptitude.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Full driving licence and own vehicle an advantage.
