Service Desk Engineer Level 1 & 2.  Salary €32,000 to €36,000.

 Our client, a leading Technology Company seeks a Service Desk Engineer to provide 1/2 level support.

You will have a minimum of 2 years experience, strong and broad technical background with some of the following skills:

Technical skills

  • Strong troubleshooting skills  

  • Ability to quickly learn new products  

  • Microsoft Windows  

  • Active Directory

  • Exchange  knowledge

  • Firewall/Routers (Cisco / Sonicwall) an advantage

  • Citrix and Virtualisation (VMWare or MS HyperV) an advantage

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the full range of technologies. On-going training and development provided.
