Our client is a leading provider of convergent real-time charging, billing and customer management solutions. With offices in in the UK and Ireland, they are now looking for an experience QA Test Engineer to join their growing team in Limerick.

As QA Engineer, you'll test the products against company quality standards and will verify the quality of our products prior to customer release by identifying defects and ensuring that all requirements are met. You'll also support our customers through their acceptance test phases.

You are:

* Able to Perform both functional and UX level testing on complex requirements
* Able to understand complex client requirements and construct test cases based on said requirements
* Able to liaise with internal teams and convey any discrepancies and issues outputted from testing
* Able to manage your own workload to ensure that objectives and tasks are met on time and to cost
* A strong communicator and able to communicate in a clear and simple manner, both verbally and written
* A team player and able to develop relationships
* Customer focussed, both internally and externally
* Able to ask questions and understand complex information
* Motivated to complete a task
* A self-starter

You have:

* Experience within a test/QA analyst role
* The ability to deal with stressful situations such as go live events
* An understanding of risk and defect management approaches
* Experience writing test scripts
* A passion for technology and a desire to learn more
* Excellent IT skills
* A pro-active approach
* Enthusiasm to learn and develop yourself
* A technical background, ideally with previous systems knowledge

You may have:

* An IT related college and/or degree level qualification
* Experience of test automation
* Experience of working with systems such as iSeries or JAVA
* ISTQB qualification
