The Role:
• Work alongside business stakeholders to produce a view of business needs
• Take responsibility for obtaining business sign-off of the functional requirements
• Create as-is and to-be process maps
• Help create test cases and test scripts

Key Skills:
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project and VISIO
• The ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in the retail banking sector is desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
