Level 1 IT Technical Helpdesk Support (Galway)
My client is a global technology company. They have a great opportunity for a talented Level 1 IT technical helpdesk support engineer to join their team on a contract basis in Galway. In this role, you will be helping customers with both technical and non-technical issues as well as providing information on company products.
* Galway
* 6 month contract
Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve faults
* Manage escalations in accordance with SLA's
* Ensure that calls are answered in a timely and efficiently manner
* Update customers regarding case progress and updates
* Meet and exceed KPI's
Requirements
* IT qualification necessary
* Background in IT Helpdesk or support environment advantageous
