1+ years IT hardware/software telesales experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Track record in achieving revenue targets.
A passion to change the lives of young people, for the better.
Sell and promote a wide range of digital learning software to a wide range of SMBs.
Conduct phone calls to main decision makers in educational institutions.
Make site visits to clients when required to manage business.
To hit financial targets based on revenue generated.
Leverage full portfolio of products in the acquisition of new customers from CRM system as well as cross- and upselling to existing customers.
Pipeline management and prospecting.
Following up with clients you have arranged meetings with.
Liaise with accounts and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
Liaise with the operations and customer support teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Other skills or experience an advantage:
Proficient in use of ZOHO CRM or equivalent.
Good understanding of the ever-changing tech market and it's changing effects on young people.
Previous software or hardware sales extremely advantageous.
