We are searching for an experienced Team/Technical Lead to join an award-winning global organisation at their offices in Waterford. The role will involve building a team of Java Developers, training, mentoring and guiding on complex structures. The role will require a seasoned Java Developer with a proven track record in leading a team, familiar with industry best practices. The role will offer flexibility and a range of attractive benefits.

Criteria:

* At least 8 years' Java Development experience.
* Team/Technical Lead experience.
* Broad range of knowledge with tech including REST, SQL, UNIX JBoss etc.
* Ideally previous experience in setting up a team with Java Principles.
* Strong leader with previous experience coaching/mentoring developers.
