realTime Recruitment is seeking a Compliance Advisory – Relationship Manager for a permanent position based in Dublin City Centre.
You will lead a team of Compliance risks and controls in place by the business to mitigate the associated compliance risks. You will also be required to provide an independent evaluation of and opinion on, processes, systems and controls to manage compliance risks, providing recommendations to address areas of vulnerability.
Experience required for this role:
- Proven understanding and experience of key banking products
- Have a proven experience of Compliance and Risk Management in a financial environment and associated risks with a clear understanding and knowledge of risk management methodologies
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proficient leading a team of compliance professionals responsible for providing advice to key business stakeholders on a range of regulations
