vbt are recruiting for an experienced IT Field Service / Network Support Engineer to join our Network Support Team.  The team is responsible for providing Telephone/Remote Access Helpdesk and Onsite Support & Network Installations for our expanding client base.  The successful candidate will primarily work out at client sites, which are located primarily in Dublin and South Wicklow areas.

Candidate Profile:

·           Previous experience in an IT Field Service role is essential

·           Windows Server Active Directory Domain Management

·           Virtualisation Experience (Hyper V)

·           Experience of Installation & System Administration of Windows 7/8 /10

·           Experience of Routers, Firewalls and VPN Set-Up & Configuration

·           Experience of Microsoft Office, Printers & Smart Phones

·           Must be team player with strong customer service focus

·           Full Driving Licence essential.

Role & Responsibilities:

·           Trouble-shoot issues relating to Servers, PCs, Laptops and Printers to include Connectivity, Email, Security, Permissions, Backups etc.

·           Installation & Configuration of PCs, Laptops, Routers and Printers

·           Ensure excellent customer service is provided to Clients
