Software Engineer – C#

As a Software Engineer, you’ll help to build innovative products for the healthcare industry. 

Specifically, you’ll be joining the development journey for the creation of new, innovative diagnostic solutions. These will support the work of hospitals, research and molecular labs, food testing facilities, forensic toxicology personnel, veterinary labs and the life sciences sector. 

You’ll join talented, passionate Software Engineers, highly skilled Scientists, Mathematicians, Systems Engineers, M&E engineers and Software Testers all focused on delivering the next generation of solutions. 

To be considered, you’ll need a degree level qualification at grade 2:1 or above in a STEM related discipline. Experience of the following is also essential: 

- Software development at an intermediate level 
- Commercial experience in C# 
- UI Design patterns such as MVVM, MVC and MVP 
- Requirements gathering 
- SQL Server or a similar relational database 
- Unit testing 
- TFS or another source control toolset 
- All stages of a software development lifecycle 

Analytical and solution-focused, as a Software Engineer, you’ll have great written and verbal communication skills. You’ll also have a collaborative approach to problem-solving and strong prioritisation abilities.
