IT Manager

About this role

My client, a large, established, multinational is seeking an IT leader to join their team. Based in Galway the candidate will be responsible for their enterprise systems, application software, networks and data, and will ensure delivery of IT service for the entire organisation. This role would suit a professional who is a strong people manager with excellent technical acumen.

Role and responsibilities:

* Manage your team & projects to SLA's, deadlines and within budget
* Coordinate delivery of IT service to all user groups
* Spearhead key initiatives for the optimisation of IT & technology systems
* Work with cross functional teams to ensure standards and objectives are met
* Provide governance by ensuring regulatory process are adhered to

Skills required:

* 10 years+ experience at a senior level
* Excellent communication skills
* Results orientated
* Demonstrated people management experience
* Commercial exposure
* Experience in working within a large multinational would be desired
* Project management experience
