Project Manager
Job Description
Quest is looking for a Project Manager to join its AIMS Delivery team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Engineering, Sales and Implementation teams to deliver world class products and services to our clients. This role reports to senior management and involves the following responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating multiple customer-facing projects from small scale change requests to new deployments
- Working closely with engineering and test teams to deliver quality software
- Completing project cost estimations and tracking costs throughout the project
- Project reporting for senior management
- Produce written documentation related to project delivery
- Run and coordinate interim project audits and post-project reviews
- Chairing both internal and customer-facing meetings
- Responsible as part of a team for delivering projects on time and within budget
- Supporting performance management measures across the organisation
- Supporting delivery resource planning across the global engineering team
- Contributing to continual process improvement within the organisation
- Travel within Europe and Asia will be required
Required Experience
- Experience managing software development projects or equivalent
- Experience of working in a deadline driven environment
- Experience of project planning and budgeting
- Experience producing and improving project reporting
- Good working knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Good working knowledge of common project management methodologies
- Recognised project management certification or suitable other qualification
- 3+ years' post-qualification experience
- 3rd Level qualification in a technical or business field

- Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
- Great team player with a proven ability to work as part of a team and also take on leadership roles within the team where needed
