We are an ambitious, dynamic and fast-growing company and to support the continued growth, we are currently seeking to recruit a hard-working, self-motivated UI Software Developer who will share our passion for technology, innovation and excellence. This is a permanent, full-time role.
As a UI Software Developer, you will be working in our Digital Experience team creating new responsive web applications for OpenJaw’s t-Retail Platform. These are consumer-facing applications allowing customers to shop for and book Flights, Hotels and Cars for leading brands in the global travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Working in an agile development environment, designing and developing UI components in React Single Page Applications to create the best user experience in the travel industry
• An active participant in the team – conducting peer code reviews and contributing to release retrospectives
• Maintaining high development standards across the team, striving for continuous improvement and staying current with the latest industry technologies

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in a software development role
• Minimum 1-year experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Ember, Flux/Redux, Vue)
• Excellent knowledge in Javascript, RESTful APIs, HTML5, CSS, SASS/LESS
• Experience working on large scale enterprise applications
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to write clear, maintainable and well-documented code
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to describe problems and solutions in a concise and objective manner
