Desktop Support Level 1

About this role

My client is seeking to employ a desktop support level 1 specialist to join them on a full time basis. This role would suit someone with circa 1 years' experience in working in a similar environment. You'll enjoy working in a busy, fast paced environment with a team of experienced engineers who will ensure you'll continue to develop and up skill while providing stellar user support to nearly 150 staff.

Role and responsibilities:

* Set up and prepare desktop and laptops for end users
* Provide support on hardware and software to end users
* Configure and deploy updates and patches
* Troubleshoot and resolve user issues
* Identify emerging issues and offer solutions to end users

Skills required:

* 1 years+ experience in a similar environment
* Patience and resilience to deal with end users' IT issues
* Excellent communicator
* Highly organised
* Exposure to MS office, O365, OneDrive, SharePoint
* LAN/WAN experience
