Service Desk Engineers required by leading companies. Work as part of Service Desk team to provide onsite and remote support.

 • 1 - 2 years Desk Side/Helpdesk support experience.

 • Excellent troubleshooting skills

 • Experience of Windows OS and Active Directory

 • Excellent customer service skills
