A leading Irish based medical company are currently seeking to hire an IT Lead Network & Security Engineer. They are currently in an exciting period of growth and are looking to add an experienced IT Security Engineer to ensure the safety of company's networks and information systems.
The IT Lead Network & Security Engineer will be manging and protecting all sensitive data. They will also be acting as a lead in the prevention of all cyber attacks. You will be developing the policies around the security infrastructure, ensuring that best practices are implemented where possible in both IT and development.
A strong background in IT Systems, Networks and Security to ensure that you can fully develop and design the companies infrastructure.
You will be joining and enthusiastic team of individuals that all have the same aspiration to be a part of and work the most cutting edge technology.
The IT Lead Security Engineer will have:
* Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience
* Experience in IPS, IDS, Firewalls and Anti Virus
* Design experience in securing networks, systems and application architecture
* Disaster recovery and Forensic techniques
* In depth knowledge of Linux and Windows
* Ability to review the malicious code
* Knowledge of AWS/Cloud
* Data Loss Prevention knowledge
