Award winning software product development & consultancy company, engaged in creating enterprise software systems for the external global market is looking for a mid-level Software Engineer with .NET and SQL server skills to join their Software Development Group.
You will get the opportunity to design & develop new, innovative solution, using the latest Microsoft technologies - C#, .NET, Sharepoint 2016, for both Irish & international clients, developing software that, for example, integrates with digital & social media platforms (Youtube, Spotify, etc), Azure cloud & mobile platforms (Android & iOS). You also have the option of working on Business Intelligence, Data Solutions, Analytics and Dynamics CRM.
Ideally, you will be a full stack Developer or at least a developer with some commercial backend, server side .NET engineering experience.
Excellent opportunity for a .NET Developer as you will have the chance to be trained in Sharepoint Development and to join an existing team of experienced Software Engineers and Technical Architects designing & developing software with a Microsoft Technology Gold Partner.
Experience & skillset required
To be considered suitable for the above role, you must have the following expertise:
* Degree or Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
* 1-2 year+ commercial development experience, coding in C# or VB.NET
* Experience developing software using .NET Frameworks 3.5, 4 or 4.5
* Full stack development experience or backend business logic/server side development
* Excellent knowledge of all aspects of the software development lifecycle
* Ideally, proven abilities in ASP.NET, MVC and C# or VB.NET Development
* Excellent SQL skills - MS SQL Server 2008, 2012 or 2013
* Excellent communication skills
Any prior Sharepoint or Azure knowledge is advantageous.
Salary: €35-45K + benefits
