Remedyforce Application Support - Dublin Daily Rate Contract
My client is offering you, a talented Remedyforce support specialist an excellent opportunity to join them on an initial 12-month contract. You will be directly supporting the ITSM tool and its users including reviewing, resolving, escalating ticket and configuring changes.
You will report directly to the IT governance team and provide L1/2 application support for Remedyforce users ensuring all requests are handled appropriately. You will also be required to perform platform maintenance, including user and security audits.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 6 months experience with Remedyforce
* Ideally 6 months exp with Salesforce
* Knowledge of ITSM Processes
* ITIL certs are a bonus
