Our client is a leading provider of Enterprise Work Management Software, with a strong focus on the financial services sector. Over the past 20 years it has successfully established long-term relationships with blue chip clients in Ireland, UK, across Europe and recently in the US. Based on this market success and in order to continue its growth, they are now making investments across the business and are looking for a Senior Administrator to join their team in Dublin 2.

As the Senior Administrator, you will be tasked with supporting the management of our client’s Dublin 2 office, company financial activities and human resources.

Specifically, you will oversee activities in the office, including upkeep and facilities management, meet and greet visitors, order supplies, manage the meeting rooms and deal with the post.

In terms of financial activities, you will record sales and purchases, assist with month-end account preparation and adjustments, help with tax compliance and filing, PAYE and VAT, as well as chasing overdue accounts.

Additionally, you will provide HR support including payroll, helping to manage benefits schemes, maintaining employee leave records and co-ordinating the Employee Wellness Programme.

Interested? To be considered for this varied and engaging role, you will need:

- At least three years’ accounts experience
- At least three years’ office administration experience
- Excellent IT skills including experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Team focused, communicative and flexible, as the Senior Administrator, you will also need to be highly organised with a proactive approach and an excellent telephone manner.

An accountancy qualification such as an IATI, CIMA or ACCA (or working towards this) would be beneficial to your application.
