SAP HR Business Analyst required for well-known Irish multinational based in City West. This is a 12 month maternity cover contract available on a fixed term or a daily rate basis. The SAP HR Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering initiatives within the HCM functional area. This is a very visible role and involves collaboration with Managers and HR Business Partners therefore strong communication skills are essential.
Salary €60k - €70k or negotiable daily rates
Requirements
· Responsible for managing HR systems change request and support activities
· Design, develop and deliver enhancements in the form of specific mini-projects and change requests
· Generate dashboards to demonstrate the team’s progress in change request and support call completion
· Develop relationships with Business Unit management and Key Users to drive the effectiveness of the SAP solution
· Support of Performance Management Application
· Supports system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned
· Provide assistance in the resolution of complex support calls escalated by other team members
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related discipline
· 5+ years experience in configuration and implementation including with SAP HCM module
· Proven track record of successful project delivery
· Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
