We're looking for an experienced Java Developer Team Lead to join a large organisation in Dublin. You'll lead the development teams, imparting your expert knowledge and ensuring continuous high-quality practice. This role would be ideal for an experienced team lead or a senior developer with extensive experience in mentoring more junior members of a team. You'll be well remunerated, work in a modern workspace and afforded a range of attractive benefits.

The Candidate:

* Minimum of 6 years' Java Development experience, ideally with several years as a Team Lead.
* Extensive database (SQL) and Web Services experience.
* Proven ability in mentoring, and an excellent communicator.
* Microservices and cloud experience.
