REQUIREMENTS:
- Problem-solver with great organizational skills
- Hands-on with proactive can-do attitude
- Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client problems are resolved & end-users are happy
- Problem-solver and unafraid to get busy & take pride in your work
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in Field Service Engineering/Technician role
- 1-2 years’ experience leading a Field Engineers
- Experience of Installation, Migration, Project Management and Trouble Shooting issues with MS Server 2008/2012/2016, Exchange 2010,2013/2016 Office365,
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Configure/Deploy new Active Directory domains
- Troubleshoot all AD related issues including DNS/DHCP
- Microsoft Exchange services (Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016)
- Configure/Deploy Exchange services
- Troubleshoot all Exchange related issues including mailflow/O365 hybrid issues
- Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
- Configure Windows servers
- Troubleshoot all Windows Server related issues
- Office365
- Deploy Office 365 at an enterprise level
- Deploy Office 365/Exchange hybrid deployments
- Deploy ADFS as primary method of authentication
- Ideally experience in Hyper V, VMware, Firewalls, Switches, Physical infrastructure-Cat5-Cat6-Fibre Optics Backup, Disaster recovery and Antivirus Solutions
