Enterprise People are currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a 9 Month contract with a leading financial services company based in Dublin city centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join a leader in their field where you will gain valuable experience working with market leading technologies.
The Service Desk Analyst will:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Record details of all incoming support requests and assign tickets in line with company procedures ensuring accurate information is obtained
• Liaise with the 2nd level IT support team to ensure speedy resolution larger issues when required
• Ensure support requests are resolved within the agreed service level agreement (SLA)
• Work with 3rd party suppliers to ensure the timely resolution of any issues
• Act as backup to Desktop Support team when required
• Provide regular updates to users to ensure they kept fully informed of developments
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• An IT Qualification
• 2+ Years’ experience in a service desk / technical support role
• Experience supporting Windows based products in a corporate environment
• Strong MS office and Hardware support experience
• Excellent team player
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
