Our client in Dublin is looking for a Chief Software Engineering Lead for a permanent contract in Dublin with a world leading Telco firm.
SKILLS:
Relevant professional experience in telco environment - 7 years +.
Engineering/science degree.
Ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams to ensure delivery to cost, quality and time.
Experience in providing technical leadership in the design and product specification process with ability to breakdown headline requirements into solutions.
Experience and knowledge of the Ireland Telco market and products
Demonstrable knowledge of software development methodologies, processes and tools (including Waterfall, Agile, Behaviour Driven Development).
Experience of designing & developing Web Services in a LAMP stack; ideally including:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML/XSLT, Perl, SQL (MySQL).
Experience with Arbor.
Experience with Siebel.
