Linux Engineer
itContracting on behalf of our enterprise client based in Cork City, are seeking applications from experienced Linux Engineers.
If successfully selected, you will join our client's IT network team onsite on a contract basis for a duration of 6+ months (subject to possible extension).
Key Requirements:
You should have a minimum or 3 to 5 years' experience with:
* Redhat, Scripting, Ansible
* Implement and support services role (Server Build and Deployment)
* Good Troubleshooting skills
* Fantastic verbal and written communication
* Demonstrable command of administering multiple Operating Systems (Linux, Windows, Mac etc.)
* Knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI, VLAN, DNS, NMAP, LDAP
* Proficiency with similar applications and IT products is a plus
* Report on service metrics including availability, capacity, performance and latency
