One of Jersey’s major employers and most prominent businesses with over 200 staff in the Jersey HQ – and over 700 across all of their global locations. The company is an independent financial services provider, supporting investment success for their clients. The business has gone through a period of significant investment and have entered a period of intensive integration of systems, people and processes. They are currently investing heavily in their Learning and Development Function, including investing in a new Learning Management System – it’s a great time to be a part of it!
The Role
Once in a lifetime opportunity to relocate to the thriving city of St Helier – in Jersey in the Channel Islands – officially the sunniest location in the British Isles! You will be joining a thriving, global Financial Services company based it he heart of the capital of Jersey – St.Helier.
You will be responsible for the design and delivery of classroom, online and blended learning courses for the company’s business systems and applications training. This is a unique opportunity to join a new team in an expanding organisation to help shape the future of business systems and applications learning.

What do I need to get this job?
• Ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience in training design and delivery of blended training solutions preferably in a professional/financial services environment.
• A comprehensive understanding and technical knowledge of business systems and technical applications including Microsoft Office. Whilst not essential, knowledge of NavOne, iManage, eFront, SalesForce would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills; both written and verbal.
• Experience in elearning design and working with a learning management system.
