TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in Sandyford, Dublin 18, are accepting applications for a Level 1 Support Engineer to join their Service Desk Team on a Permanent basis.
*Minimum of 12 months experience working as a Level 1 Helpdesk Support Agent
*Good Communication Skills (written & verbal)
*Good IT knowledge/skills - General windows support, active directory, password resets etc.
*Experience in supporting mobile devices/mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows)
*Experience of using a Call/Logging system User support (Remedy, etc)
*Good troubleshooting skills, ability to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently for customers
*English mother-tongue language skills
*Experience working with enterprise customers/clients for level 1 technical incidents
*CRM expertise - logging and tracking tickets, escalating tickets and closing tickets.
