Role: Helpdesk / Service Delivery Manager
Salary: €45,000 - €55,000
Location: Dublin West

Recruit First IT is seeking a Helpdesk / Service Delivery Manager for a fantastic opportunity with an established company who specialise in managed services and offer IT solutions and maintenance based in Dublin West.
Based in state of the art offices, the successful candidate will provide hands on support and efficient and effective problem solving to the helpdesk team and customers.

Skills/Experience Required:
• 2+ Years’ experience in a management role.
• Experience managing helpdesk personnel, systems and procedures.
• Ability to monitor, track and coordinate all technical helpdesk functions.
• Any Managed Service experience is advantageous yet not essential
• Proven capability to put structure, metrics and management into the helpdesk function.
• Excellent communications and Interpersonal skills.
