UI / Front End Developer

Allen Recruitment is working with an International Fintech company which utilises the latest cutting-edge technologies to build state-of-the-art applications used in the Financial Services industry. Currently in growth phase, they have an immediate requirement for an experienced UI Developer in the UI / front-end team.

Main Responsibilities:

* Develop production-quality front-end code
* Strong knowledge and experience in responsive design
* Developing documentation for developers
* Create proofs of concept to test ideas
* Must ensure that UI continues to be fully embedded in the agile development process
* Keeping up-to-date with legal requirements, standards, guidelines and professional good practice relating to UI design, accessibility, usability testing and usability research

Required Experience & Skills:

* UI / Front End / Web Developer
* Minimum of 3-5yrs working in UI/Front-end development (high profile company, enterprise level applications/sites).
* Expertise in as much of the following as possible: HTML5, CSS, ES6 (ECMAScript 6), React.js (or other modern JavaScript frameworks).
* Experience developing UI/Front-end within an Agile / Test-Driven Development.
* Must care about the users and developing cool looking front ends. Must be a coder first and foremost.
