The Role and the Company:

The vacancy is a Helpdesk Co-ordinator position on at the moment within a market leading company based in Dublin city centre that is an immediate requirement. The role is accompanied by a salary of up to €33k.

• Scheduling of tickets for engineers
• Communicating with customers
• Monitoring of tickets
• Scheduling installations
• Working closely with the helpdesk
• Report generation

Key qualities
• Very organized
• Understands geography of Ireland and Dublin
• Strong ownership skills
• Ability to communicate with customers, engineers
• Clear precise thinker
• Common Sense approach
• Ability to see the consequences of doing something or not
• Technical aptitude
• Excellent PC skills

You must have an EU Passport or Stamp 4 visa to be eligible for this position
