Our client is a well-established organisation and is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is proactive in their approach.
Key skills required for this role:
• Proven track record in a Head of Support/Head of Managed Services position previously
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong people management skills – onsite and remote
• You must be process and automation driven
• Autotask experience highly advantageous
• In-depth knowledge of the IT managed services industry
• ITIL Certified
