Technical Support Specialist - Limerick
€25-35,000 plus Benefits
Our Limerick based client is currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their IT team. You will be joining an innovative practice in the pharmaceutical industry that truly enjoy working with cutting edge technology and innovative solutions.
The company specialize in machine vision solutions.
Your primary function will be to resolve technical issues on the systems.
You will be delivering an exceptional level of customer support and working with in house tools to run diagnostics, solving customer issues. You will be then required to maintain documentation so that future issues can be avoided.
A keen focus is placed upon the sharing of knowledge so that the department is continuously improving.
Technical Support Specialist:
* Degree in an IT related field or similar years experience
* Strong English communication skills
* 2 years experience working in a customer support role
* Knowledge of SAP is a plus
* Strong organisation skills
* Knowledge of Active Directory, Scripting, XML, SQL, Networks, App Support
* Experience in Pharmaceutical would be ideal
