Application Support Analyst: Permanent Opportunity: Belfast: £22,000 to £25,000 + benefits

REED Technology Belfast are delighted to be working with an Industry leading, Global software organisation in their search for an additional 'Application Support Analyst'.

The successful candidate will work within a team who are responsible for supporting over 2,000 users in both NI & ROI

This is an excellent opportunity and we welcome applications from candidate who can demonstrate the following skills & attributes:

Do you have experience of:
• Providing customer technical support via telephone and remote connection?
• Dealing with queries from customers from inception through to resolution?
• Can you assist with the preparation of software updates to customers and provide all necessary documentation to support same?

Essential Criteria:
• Minimum 1 -2 years technical support experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• XML and SQL experience - desirable
• Exposure of Bug Management and Bug Lifecycle - desirable
