Software team lead for several small development teams working on product development in the Diagnostics Systems business unit.

What you will do

Working closely with the product owners, the development team, QA, with the product leadership in Maryland, your job will include:

* People management - hiring, coaching, performance management
* Project management
* Team performance
* Stakeholder relationship management

Your experience

* BS or higher within Computer Science, Engineering or related field
* 3+ year software development management in a product development organization
* 3+ people management
* Project management experience
* Software development using a modern OOO language
* Working and leading in a matrix-based multinational organization

Nice to have

* Experience in medical device industry or any regulated industry
* C# development experience
* PMP or similar project management qualification
