My client are currently seeking to hire a Customer Support Engineer to provide support for their applications. The company specialises in financial software, indigenous to Ireland and have a global reach.
You will be working with the customer services team diagnosing and resolving issues. You will be working in a mission critical environment resolving issues in a timely fashion. You will be developing your skill and knowledge of the product and where best fits pass on your feedback for enhancements.

As a Customer Support Engineer you will:
* Degree in computer science or similar
* Background in customer services
* Troubleshooting complex technical issues
* Have an analytic mind set
* Understanding of programming languages
