RealTime are pleased to be associating with one of the top software houses in Belfast in seeking an experienced Java/Scala Engineer on a contract basis . This is a varied, challenging role developing a range of cutting-edge projects. You will be joining a large team- committed to the best practices and latest technologies. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a pivotal part in delivering multiple projects and have excellent career prospects along the way.

The Role

As a Java/Scala Engineer you will be required to ensure delivery of designate work packages, to include development and QA activities. You will be required to develop code from technical specifications at a high standard- and you must be compliant to all coding standards.

What do I need to get this Java/Scala Engineer role?
* Strong Enterprise Java experience
* Experience developing high performance code
* Any functional programming languages- Scala preferred
* Some experience carrying out QA activities

Remuneration:
* Competitive day rates available
* 6 months Contract
