realTime Recuitment has a requirement for a Product Owner for a permanent position based in South Dublin.
My client a leading organisation and one of Irelands fastest growing companies are looking for talented Product Owners to join them on their exciting journey.
Experience Required:
• Proven track record building strong relationships with stakeholders, UX, Product Managers and the broader team to successfully build and deliver
• Proficient in collaborating with the design team to deliver a top-class product
• Over 5 years’ experience working in an Agile environment
• Over 3 years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or coming from a Business Analyst background
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient working with UX and Engineering teams – comfortable working in a customer facing role
• Experience or a passion for mentoring others
• Excellent owning and maintaining the product backlog and ensuring this is continuously prioritised
