Key Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience
• Experience managing and motivating a mixed team of BA’s, technical team leads, testers and suppliers
• Strong Stakeholder and Vendor Management
• Proven SDLC experience
• Experience with "High Transactional" Systems
• Ability to work in both Agile and Waterfall environments
• Proven track record working on process improvement initiatives
