The role - Technical Analyst

* This role splays a vital role in delivering workable solutions to the wide variety of issues that our international partners can provide by:
* Being the main point of contact for partner
* Meetings with partners to discuss open issues and new projects.
* Working with development teams to design new tools and features and troubleshoot the older ones
* Finding smarter ways to respond to our partners
* There may also be a bit of C#, SQL querying, and mucking about with batch scripts.

Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience in a support role - Application support or Technical support or client support or Service Desk or Technical Analyst role
* Technical skills - strong understanding, knowledge and experience with SQL
* Good awareness of C# .NET
* Excellent communications skills
* Flawless English, fluency in another language would be a plus
* Passionate about working in technology
