Requirements

* Good Problem-Solving Skills
* Knowledge of ICT Technologies at a basic level.
* Demonstrable knowledge and interest of IT Networking.
* Customer Focused Orientation
* Positive, Flexible and Willing "Can Do" Approach
* The ability to work effectively as part of a Team
* Desirable: CompTIA N+ or CCNA (certificate or training).
