Qualifications and Requirements

• Computer Information Systems Degree or similar education experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical customer support environment or Windows server support field experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a positive customer service attitude
• Strong desire to learn new technologies and technical skills
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot technically complex issues
• Possesses good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Deep knowledge of Windows 2000/2003/2008/2012 server administration and terminal services
• Knowledge of Windows architecture Internals
• Have ability to read some programming languages and follow the basic structure and flow of code
• Professional customer service skills including telephone etiquette and listening skills
• Knowledge of networking components and associated protocols (such as TCP/IP) with ability to understand network traces
