Software Architect (Embedded) – Dublin - Pharma

Based in Dublin (NW) our client is a multinational Pharmaceutical Concern and has engaged IT Search to find a Software Architect to create and execute their strategy across legacy and new production systems. It’s important that the person who takes on board this role has worked in similar environments in the past (pharma/production).

Another aspect of the role is in the area of coordinating technical resources, managing existing resources but making recommendations as to specific software packages and integrating these into the overall master project. An awareness of electronics/PCBs within medical devices will be a definite advantage here.

From a technical standpoint, the Architect must have at least ten years of commercial experience, working with C++, Scripting (Python), embedded Linux and related areas.
