In this role you'll get exposure to a wide range of enterprise technologies within the datacenter environment and be working within a tight knit team troubleshooting high level technical issues.

The keys to this role will be a strong ability to troubleshoot and analyse. You'll need to be flexible to work with a variety of infrastructure tools and be ready to switch skills at the drop of a hat to cater to multiple enterprise customers.

This role will fall at a senior level, you'll be working in coordination with level 2/3 engineers working at my client's customers on extremely complex technical issues from day to day.

Desired Skills/Experience:

* Bachelors degree in computer science or other relevant technical discipline.
* 3-5 years Application/Software Support experience.
* Strong Linux/UNIX administration skills.
* Excellent Oracle database knowledge and strong SQL skills.
* Strong networking experience, understanding around LAN/WAN.
* Experience with cloud and virtualisation technologies would be a bonus.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills.
* Strong communication both written and verbal.
